1. Could a crib or rollaway be brought into the room?
Yes. This can be arranged at the time of your reservation
or by contacting the Guest Services Center upon arrival.
The fee for a crib is complimentary, however, there
is a $25 charge per day for a rollaway bed.
2. How many additional guests can stay in the room?
In a king-bedded guest room, no more than three guests
can stay in a room due to fire codes. In a double-bedded
guest room, no more than five guests can stay in a room.
Rollaway beds cannot be added to a standard room with
two full size beds.
3. Is it possible to have amenities, i.e., fruit basket, etc., sent to the room?
Yes. This can be arranged in advance by contacting Room Service at 312/329-6877.
4. Does the hotel allow pets?
Yes, the hotel allows dogs only. There is no fee for
pets, however, guests must sign a damage waiver. Please
contact the Guest Services Center for restrictions.
5. Is it possible to request a Nintendo game system for the room?
Yes. There is a Nintendo system in every room. The fee is $6.95 per hour, plus tax.
