Chicago, IL – April 2, 2014 – Steak and eggs, or eggs and steak in this case.  Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers is offering up a number of Easter Sunday dining options with a side of fun.  A (nearly) endless brunch, an egg hunt and sumptuous steak dinner will reverse the popular steak & eggs to eggs & steak on Sunday, April 20.  Chicago residents and guests alike will enjoy:

Bunny Brunch: Shula’s Steak House will be offering a complete brunch buffet serving up dozens of favorites and signature dishes.  A breakfast lover?  There will be Sour Cream & Chive Scrambled Eggs, Corned Beef Sweet Potato Hash, Pecan Crusted French Toast and Caramelized Bananas & Nutella, to name a few.  Rounded out by Maplewood Thick Sliced Bacon, Chicken Apple Sausage, Lyonnais Potatoes an “Omelet Action Station” and a Sweet & Savory Crepe Station.  We would go on with breakfast choices, but must mention some of lunch side of brunch for this marathon meal; Roasted Leg of Lamb with Rosemary & Mint, Lime & Fresh Herb Rubbed Terres Major, Scaloppini Chicken with Sage & Fontina, Grilled Cod in Lemon Caper Sauce and a “Pasta Action Station.”  Kid favorites are not forgotten: Crispy Chicken Tenders, Cheeseburger Sliders, Shula’s Signature Desserts and an Ice Cream Station will be on hand as well.  The dining festivities kick off and 11:00 am and go through 4:00 pm; adults are $38 and children (12 and under) are $15.  Brunch is inclusive of coffee, tea and juices. 

The Hunt is On: Kids will be looking high and low as they search for eggs galore during the hotel’s Easter Egg Hunt.  At 11:00 am 2:00 pm children should gather in front of Shula’s with baskets in hand and sharp eyes to see just how many oval treasures they can uncover.  The eggs just might be filled with candy courtesy of the Easter Bunny himself.    

Who Said Only Bunnies Take Center Stage?  Steaks will have a starring role this Easter as the lead at Easter dinner at Shula’s Steak House, of course.  Dinner service starts at 5:30 pm until 11:00 pm.  The signature chocolate lava cake for dessert is some serious competition for those chocolate bunnies.
